Level I Raw Food Chef Certification

Whether you are preparing delicious nutritious meals for your friends and family, or commercially for customers, everyone will be delighted with the healthy and scrumptious raw food creations you’ll learn in this course. Starting with the basics, you’ll learn how to keep things simple, delicious and highly nutritious. This is a 5 hour hands-on class. Registration is required one week prior to class.

Live/Raw Food Diet

  • What a raw and living food diet is and why it’s such a wise health choice.
  • How to make delicious raw food meals that taste just like your favorite cooked food dishes!
  • How to prepare gourmet raw food meals, simply and easily.
  • How to shop for raw foods.
  • How to get others excited about raw and living food!

You will leave this class not only inspired and motivated but knowing how to begin eating raw and how to make delicious raw food meals for yourself and others.

Level 2 Raw Food Instructor Certification

Ready to take raw un-cooking to the next step? This class is for you!

During the course of this two day program you will discover the art of sprouting, food dehydration and the preparation of gourmet meals that you never dreamed you could create. We also cover a more in-depth exploration of how to transition into a Raw/Live Foods lifestyle as well as further investigate the benefits of the transition.

We will make dehydrated delicacies such as pizza, crackers, bagels, pear tart and more, as well as all the raw toppings, dips and nut cheeses that go with it.

You will also learn advanced raw tips.

This will be a delicious class, with far too much food to eat in one evening. You will go home with a raw-some goody bag

You will learn the secrets to:
Designing programs just for you
Preparing elegant live/raw gourmet meals
Sprouting and dehydrating techniques
Traveling while eating live/raw foods
Working with emotional and physical changes when transitioning to live/raw lifestyle
How to teach and facilitate others classes in live/raw food.
