About Karen

I am a lover of life. These last 40 years I have explored and studied in various fields of human development, always seeking to improve myself and live an optimal life.

I have a wide range of career experiences in the Body/Mind field and have been a student of personal growth and the Life Coaching process for years. I took early retirement from a successful career as a Family Counselor/Educator in an addiction center to live in harmony with my own inner values. My goal is to help and support you to do the same.

I have many certifications and degrees but the most important thing I want you to know about my qualifications to work with you are the 40 years of life experience that I bring to each session. I am a graduate of Life’s Mystery School and continue to celebrate learning and know that there is still much more for me to experience. Living life fully and on its terms has been my greatest teacher.

I hold group and one-on-one classes in my Berks County studio as well as facilitate session over the phone. The co-creative work that we do together will bring powerful results whether in person or over distance.

I am a board certified Holistic Health Educator, Certified Ayurveda Counselor, trained with Deepak Chopra, MD, a Certified Gourmet Chef, Raw Foods Chef and an author, artist, and Certified Life Purpose Coach™.

I have a B.A. from Vermont College in Counseling and Graduate Studies from Rosemont College in Addiction Studies/Counseling. I recently retired as Family Counselor/Educator from the Caron Treatment Center in Wernersville, PA.

Here is what some of my clients have to say:
